Product Eligibility & Transfer Policy

Last updated October 29, 2026

This policy explains what Socialized will and will not list, how transfer eligibility is decided, and what happens when a platform declines a transfer. It applies to every marketplace listing.

01What we list

We only list items that can lawfully change hands under the relevant platform's terms and applicable law:

  • Published apps that can be moved between developer accounts using the platform's official process, such as Google Play's app transfer or App Store Connect's app transfer.
  • Telegram channels and groups moved with Telegram's built-in ownership transfer, YouTube channels on Brand Accounts moved with Google's primary-ownership transfer, and online stores on platforms that support store ownership transfer — each only after we verify ownership and metrics, and only where the sale complies with the platform's terms.
  • Source code, design files, content libraries and similar business assets supplied with a written licence.
  • Services — setup, configuration, publishing, migration and development — carried out on accounts you own.

02What we never list

We do not list personal or business accounts, profiles, usernames or developer program memberships where the platform's terms prohibit their sale or transfer. This includes user accounts on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, X, Reddit and Discord; Facebook Pages and admin roles; subreddits and moderator positions; Meta business portfolios and ad accounts; Amazon, eBay, Walmart and Fiverr seller accounts; Google Play developer accounts and Apple Developer Program memberships.

We never sell bank or payment accounts, accounts opened with someone else's identity, verification badges, or followers, likes, views and other artificial engagement.

We will never provide or support methods intended to bypass platform restrictions, identity checks, verification or review processes.

03Eligibility labels

Every listing carries one of these labels:

  • Official platform transfer — ownership moves through the platform's own transfer process. The platform reviews the request and can decline it.
  • Asset & licence transfer — you receive the asset and a licence outright. No platform account changes hands.
  • Service — no transfer. Work is delivered on an account you own.
  • Eligibility under review — eligibility has not been confirmed. These listings accept questions only.

04Your requirements

Some transfers require something on your side — for example, an active developer account in good standing, or acceptance of the transfer within the platform. We tell you these requirements before you pay. If you cannot meet them, we will not proceed with the sale.

05No guarantees

Sending an inquiry does not reserve a listing or guarantee availability or eligibility. Platforms make their own decisions about transfers and may change their rules at any time. If a platform declines a transfer and it cannot be completed, the payment for that item is refunded as described in our Refund Policy.

06Reporting a concern

If you believe a listing should not be offered — for example, because it may breach a platform's terms — please tell us through our contact page or on Telegram. We review every report and remove listings that do not meet this policy.
