01Overview
Our services are delivered by people spending time on your project, so refunds are based on how much of the agreed work has been completed. As a general principle, payments for work not yet started can be refunded, and payments for work already delivered cannot. If something goes wrong, we would always rather fix it than leave you unsatisfied.
02Consulting and setup services
For consulting, account setup, and publishing support, you may request a full refund if you cancel before we begin work. Once work has started, any refund is based on the portion of the agreed tasks not yet carried out. Consultation sessions that have already taken place, and setup or submission work that has already been completed, are not refundable.
03Development projects
Website, app, and software projects are paid in milestones defined in your proposal. A milestone payment is generally non-refundable once the work for that milestone has started, and fully non-refundable once you have approved the milestone deliverables. If you cancel a project partway through, payments for future milestones that have not started will not be charged, or will be refunded if already paid.
04Marketplace purchases
If a transfer that depends on a platform (such as a Google Play or App Store Connect app transfer) is declined by the platform and cannot be completed, the payment for that item is refunded. If you cancel before delivery begins, you may request a full refund.
Digital assets such as source code, content libraries and licences cannot be returned once access has been delivered, so they are not refundable after delivery unless the item is materially different from its listing description and we cannot correct it. Marketplace services follow the consulting and setup terms above.
05Platform fees
Fees charged by platforms, such as Google Play Console registration, Apple Developer Program membership, advertising spend, domain registrations, and other third-party subscriptions, are paid by you directly to those providers. Because we do not receive these payments, we cannot refund them. Any refund request for a platform fee must be made to the platform under its own policy.
06When a refund may be available
You may be eligible for a full or partial refund if:
- You cancel before work on the relevant service or milestone has begun.
- We are unable to start or complete the agreed work for reasons on our side.
- The delivered work does not match the agreed scope, and we have not corrected it within a reasonable time after you raised the issue.
- You were charged twice or charged an incorrect amount.
07When a refund is not available
Refunds are generally not available in these situations:
- A platform rejects, restricts, or declines to verify or reinstate an account or app, where we delivered the agreed work. These decisions are made by the platform and are outside our control.
- Work has been completed and approved by you, or a milestone has been signed off.
- Delays or problems caused by missing, inaccurate, or late information, content, or access from your side.
- A change of mind after work has been delivered.
- Platform fees and third-party costs paid directly to other providers.
08How to request a refund
To request a refund, message our sales team on Telegram or contact us through our contact page at /contact. Include your name, the project or invoice concerned, and a short explanation of the reason for your request. We will review it against your proposal and the work completed, and reply with our decision and the reasons for it.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method where possible. We aim to process them promptly once approved, although the time it takes for funds to reach you depends on your bank or payment provider.
