Are the listings on the site actually available?

Each listing shows its current status — Available, Reserved, Sold or Unavailable — and our team updates it as things change. Because a listing can sell between updates, availability is always confirmed by a person when you message us. Listings marked “Sample” only show how listings look and are not stock.

Why don't you show prices?

Prices depend on the listing, current availability and what you need, so we share them privately. Message our sales team on Telegram with the product ID and we'll reply with the latest price — ask about bulk pricing if you're buying several items. Any price is confirmed in writing before you pay.

Which transfers are permitted?

Only those a platform supports and the law allows: for example, apps moved through Google Play's or App Store Connect's official app transfer process, or code and content that transfers with a licence. Every listing shows its transfer eligibility. Where a transfer isn't permitted, we offer setup, development or migration services on accounts you own instead.

How do you verify a product before I buy?

Before any payment we confirm the listing's status, its transfer eligibility and the requirements on your side (for example, an active developer account in good standing for an app transfer). We share the evidence relevant to the listing, such as store pages, repository access or licence terms, so you can check it yourself.

On Telegram at @socialized_1. Every listing has a “Buy via Telegram” or “Ask a Question” button that prepares a message with the product name, ID, and category — you copy it, open the chat and send it yourself. Development projects are discussed on Telegram too.

Does sending an inquiry commit me to buy?

No. An inquiry is a question, not an order. It doesn't reserve the listing, guarantee eligibility or commit you to anything. A purchase only happens after we've confirmed the details and you've agreed the terms in writing.

How is a purchase delivered?

It depends on the listing: app transfers happen through the platform's own transfer tools, code is delivered through a private repository with a signed licence, content is delivered by download, and services are carried out on your account through access you grant. Timelines are stated on the listing and confirmed before payment.

What is your refund policy?

If a platform declines a transfer we initiated and it can't be completed, the payment for that item is refunded. Delivered digital assets such as code and content are generally non-refundable once access is granted. Full terms are in our Refund Policy and are confirmed in writing before you pay.

What we do list are things that can lawfully change hands: published apps moved through Google Play's or App Store Connect's official app transfer process, source code and content with commercial licences, and services delivered on accounts you own.

Can you guarantee approval, verification, or reinstatement?

No one honestly can. Approvals, verification badges, app reviews, and account reinstatements are decided by the platforms alone. What we can do is make sure your submission is complete, accurate, and aligned with the platform's published requirements, which gives you the best realistic chance. We will also tell you if we think a request is unlikely to succeed.

If a platform does not support this, we agree a secure approach with you and delete any credentials as soon as the work is done.

My account was restricted or disabled. Can you help?

We can review what happened, help you understand the platform's stated reason, and prepare a clear, honest appeal through the official channels. We do not use workarounds or create replacement accounts to get around a restriction. The final decision rests with the platform, and we will be upfront about your realistic options.

Will you ask me to break any platform rules?

Never. All of our work is done within each platform's terms and policies. If a request would breach those rules, such as running ads for restricted content without approval or using misleading business details, we will explain why we cannot do it and suggest a compliant alternative where one exists.
