01Acceptance of these terms
By using our website, sending us an inquiry, or engaging us for services, you agree to these terms. If you are accepting on behalf of a business, you confirm that you have authority to do so. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or our services.
02Our services
We operate a marketplace for digital assets and platform services, and provide consulting, setup, and development services. The exact scope, deliverables, and timeline for any purchase or project are confirmed in writing before you pay.
- Marketplace listings: digital assets that can lawfully change hands — such as published apps transferred through a platform's official app transfer process, and source code or content supplied with a licence — plus fixed-scope platform services.
- Social media business consulting, including account setup and management guidance for Facebook, Meta Business Manager, Instagram, TikTok, X, and Reddit.
- Developer platform consulting, including Google Play Console and Apple Developer Program guidance, Android and iOS app publishing support, App Store Optimization, and developer account troubleshooting.
- Website and app development, including websites, Next.js applications, e-commerce stores, mobile apps, UI/UX design, and SaaS products.
03No affiliation with platforms
Socialized is an independent business. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of Meta, Google, Apple, TikTok, X, Reddit, or any other platform we work with. Platform names and trademarks are used only to describe the services we support and belong to their respective owners.
04Your responsibilities
To help us deliver good work, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including business and identity details that platforms may require.
- Own, or be properly authorised to manage, every account, brand, and asset you ask us to work on.
- Grant access through role-based permissions where the platform supports them, and keep your own login credentials secure.
- Supply content, feedback, and approvals within the timeframes agreed in your proposal.
- Make sure the content and materials you provide do not infringe anyone else's rights or break any law.
- Comply with the terms and policies of each platform you use.
05Platform policies and no guarantees
We list and sell only what a platform's terms and applicable law allow to change hands. We do not sell or transfer accounts where a platform prohibits it, and we will not use methods intended to get around platform policies, identity checks, verification or review processes.
Decisions about approvals, verification, app reviews, ad account limits, appeals, and reinstatement are made solely by the platforms. We prepare and submit work to the best of our ability, but we cannot guarantee any particular outcome or timeline from a platform. A platform's decision does not in itself mean the agreed services were not delivered.
06Marketplace listings and purchases
Listings describe the item, its status and its transfer eligibility as accurately as we can at the time they are published. Prices are not published on the website; they are provided by our sales team on request. Listings marked “Sample” are illustrations only and are not offered for sale.
Sending an inquiry — including through the “Buy via Telegram” buttons — does not create an order, reserve a listing or guarantee availability or eligibility. A purchase is agreed only when we have confirmed availability and eligibility and both parties have accepted the price, delivery method and terms in writing. This website does not take payments.
Transfers that depend on a platform (for example, an app transfer) are subject to that platform's review and may be declined or delayed by it. Our Transfer Policy explains how this is handled.
07Quotes and payment
Every project is quoted individually after a consultation. Quotes are valid for the period stated in the proposal. Payments are made in milestones, with the amount and timing of each milestone defined in your proposal. Work on a milestone usually begins once the related payment has been received.
Fees charged by platforms, such as developer program memberships or advertising spend, are paid by you directly to the platform and are separate from our fees. If a payment is overdue, we may pause work until it is settled. Work requested outside the agreed scope will be quoted separately before we begin it.
08Intellectual property and ownership
You keep ownership of your accounts, brand assets, and any content or materials you provide to us.
Once you have paid in full for a project, ownership of the final deliverables created specifically for you, such as custom designs and source code, transfers to you unless your proposal states otherwise. Until full payment, we retain those rights. Third-party components, open-source libraries, licensed fonts, and our pre-existing tools remain subject to their own licences. Unless you ask us not to, we may describe the general nature of our work for you in our portfolio, without disclosing confidential information.
09Confidentiality
We treat the non-public information you share with us, including business plans, account details, and credentials, as confidential. We use it only to deliver your project and share it only with team members or service providers who need it for that purpose. This obligation continues after the project ends. It does not apply to information that is already public or that we are legally required to disclose.
10Third-party services
Our work often depends on third-party services, such as social platforms, app stores, hosting providers, domain registrars, and payment processors. Those services are governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for their availability, policy changes, pricing, or decisions. Where a project requires a third-party subscription or licence, it will usually be held in your name.
11Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption, or for losses caused by decisions or outages of third-party platforms. Our total liability for any claim relating to a project is limited to the amount you paid us for that project. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
12Termination
Either party may end a project by giving written notice. If you end a project, you agree to pay for work completed up to the date of notice, in line with the milestone structure in your proposal. We may end or suspend a project if payments are significantly overdue, if you ask us to act against a platform's policies or the law, or if these terms are seriously breached. On termination, we will hand over completed work that has been paid for and you should remove our access to your accounts.
13Governing law
These terms and any project agreement are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction stated in your project agreement. We will always try to resolve concerns informally first, so please talk to us if something is not right.
14Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last updated. Changes do not affect projects already under way unless both parties agree in writing.
