01Information we collect
We collect information you choose to give us and a limited amount of technical information needed to run the website.
- Contact form: when you send a message through the contact form, we collect your name, your email address, your Telegram username or phone number if you choose to give it, the topic and product ID you select, your message, and the page you sent it from. We use these details only to reply to your inquiry.
- Telegram inquiries: your Telegram name and username, the product or service you ask about, and the details you share with us in the chat.
- Project information: business details, brand assets, content, and documents you provide so we can deliver the agreed work.
- Communication records: the Telegram messages and files exchanged with our team. Messages on Telegram are also processed by Telegram under its own privacy policy.
- Billing information: names, business details, and payment references needed to issue quotes and invoices. Card or bank details are handled by the payment provider used for your project, not stored by us.
- Technical data: basic information your browser sends when you load a page, such as IP address, browser type, and request time, which our hosting provider may record in server logs for security and reliability.
02How we use your information
We use personal information only for purposes connected to our relationship with you.
- To reply to your inquiry and arrange a consultation. Contact form details are used only to answer that inquiry — never for marketing lists or shared with third parties for their own use.
- To prepare proposals and quotes, and to deliver, support, and invoice the services you engage us for.
- To communicate with you about your project, including updates, questions, and handover.
- To keep the website secure and fix technical issues.
- To meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations.
03Legal bases for processing
Where data protection laws require a legal basis for processing, we rely on one or more of the following: taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and performing that contract once it exists; our legitimate interest in running and securing our business and responding to inquiries; compliance with legal obligations; and your consent, where we specifically ask for it. Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it at any time.
05Account access and credentials
Some services involve working inside accounts you own, such as Meta Business Manager, Google Play Console, or Apple Developer accounts. Wherever a platform supports it, we ask you to grant role-based access (for example, adding our team as a user, partner, or collaborator) instead of sharing your password. This keeps you in control and lets you remove our access at any time.
If a platform does not support role-based access and you choose to share login credentials, we use them only for the agreed task, keep them in a secure location with restricted access, and delete them as soon as they are no longer needed. We recommend that you change any shared password once the work is complete. We will never ask you for one-time passcodes outside a live working session you have arranged with us.
06International transfers
Our team and service providers may be located in different countries, so your information may be processed outside the country where you live. When this happens, we take reasonable steps to make sure your information receives an appropriate level of protection, such as working with providers that offer recognised contractual safeguards.
07Data retention
We keep inquiry information for as long as needed to respond and follow up, and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you return to us. Project and billing records are kept for the duration of our engagement and for as long as required for legal, tax, or accounting purposes. Access credentials are deleted as soon as the related task is complete. When information is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it.
08Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information, including encrypted connections, restricted access to project data, and multi-factor authentication on the tools we use where available. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we work to protect your information and will act promptly if we become aware of a problem that affects it.
09Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights over your personal information. These can include the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you.
- Ask us to correct information that is inaccurate or incomplete.
- Ask us to delete your information, subject to any legal obligation to keep it.
- Object to or ask us to restrict certain processing.
- Receive a copy of your information in a portable format.
- Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
- Not be treated differently for exercising any of these rights.
11Children's privacy
Our services are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
12Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last updated. If we make significant changes, we will take reasonable steps to let you know.
13Contact us
